The Lycian Way is regularly listed as one of the top 10 long-distance walks in the world and it is easy to see why. The trail hugs the Mediterranean coast of southern Turkey, winding through pine forests, past ancient Lycian tombs, and along clifftops with views that will stop you in your tracks.
This guided day hike covers one of the most scenic sections of the trail. Your guide is a certified mountain leader who knows every shortcut, viewpoint, and swimming spot along the way. The pace is relaxed and there are plenty of stops for photos and rest.
Lunch is a picnic on the cliffs with local bread, cheese, olives, and fruit. The hike is moderate difficulty and suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. You do not need any specialist gear, just good walking shoes and a sense of adventure.
