You can book any tour by clicking the 'Book Now' button on our website which will take you to our contact form. Fill in your details and the tour you are interested in and we will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your booking.
Each tour listing specifies exactly what is included. Generally this covers your guide, entrance fees, transport during the tour, and meals where mentioned. Flights and accommodation are not included unless stated otherwise.
Absolutely. We offer private tours for groups of any size. Just get in touch through our contact form with your group size, preferred dates, and any specific requests and we will put together a custom itinerary for you.
For weather-dependent tours like the Cappadocia balloon ride, we will reschedule to the next available day at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible we offer a full refund. Walking tours run in most weather conditions.
We strongly recommend that all travellers have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. We are not liable for any losses not covered by your insurance.
Most of our tours are family friendly. We recommend checking the specific tour details for any age restrictions or physical requirements. Our food tours and city walks are great for kids while some hiking tours are better suited to older children.
All of our guides speak fluent English. Some guides also speak Turkish, German, Spanish, or French. If you need a guide in a specific language let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate.
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially during peak season from April to October. Popular tours like the Cappadocia balloon ride can sell out a month ahead. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible depending on availability.
We do not currently offer airport transfer services but we can recommend trusted local transfer companies. Your confirmation email will include suggestions for getting to your tour meeting point.
We accept bank transfers and all major credit cards. A deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 7 days before the tour date. Full details are included in your booking confirmation.
