We try to keep things flexible. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the tour start time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you fail to show up for your tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly so please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
If a tour is cancelled by Turkey City Tours due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, you will be offered a full reschedule to the next available date at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
If you wish to change the date of your tour, you may do so free of charge up to 48 hours before the original tour date, subject to availability. Date changes requested within 48 hours are treated as a late cancellation.
For group bookings of 6 or more people, cancellation terms may differ. Specific terms will be outlined in your group booking confirmation. Generally, group bookings require 7 days notice for a full refund.
To cancel or modify your booking, please email us at hello@turkeycitytours.com with your booking reference number. We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within 12 hours.
All approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
